If your talking about the Tesseract.ConsoleDemo sample app no it should print out contents of a sample image included in the demo (amongst some other diagnostic information). I just ran the demo, from the master branch, and it steamed to be working fine.

If your talking about your own app then I guess that depends on your app though I doubt it's desired :)

I do loosely recall getting similar error messages when I was playing with custom user pattern that were incorrect. However if your using the stock language files make sure they're from the same version of tesseract (3.02 for the latest release of this library).

I mistakenly started the "Tesseract.Tests.Console" project which gave these errors. Then I realized that there is the "Tesseract.ConsoleDemo" which worked fine.
