Nested Pie/Doughnut Charts do not Animate Correctly with Different Dataset Sizes

When there is a multi-dataset doughnut chart the chart does not always animate correctly. When clicking on the legend, the chart does not update unless that value is contained in the innermost circle.

I completely didn't even realize to look at the console, I'll try to see if I can fix that exception.

😄 i don't think its hard to fix the exception. might be hard to define the behaviour. I'm not sure what users expect.

I think that it should remove/add all of the data from the pie chart that corresponds to that label, no matter what level/ring of the chart the dataset is displayed on
