Feature request to add custom data labels to bar chart bars

There are plugins to add labels to charts but what if custom hard coded data labels need to be added? These will be labels above each bar in the chart that are not the actual values. For example of value is below 20, have a label "Poor". if value is between 20 and 50 add data label "good" and above 50 add data label "great".

There is the official plugin chartjs-plugin-datalabels that provides a formatter option that allows to do exactly what you need. Labels don't even need to be hard-coded but can be calculated instead (see this jsfiddle). If you still have issues with data labels, please report your bugs/requests to the chartjs-plugin-datalabels repository instead.

Thank you. I updated the fiddle to include a line chart as well and want to suppress the labels for line only.
