X axis line width

Hello, is it possible to change the X axis width/thickness, somewhere?

It's important for my graph to show a distinct line between positive and negative values. I've search everywhere but didn't find any information. Thanks.

There is no way to do this directly, but if you're up for it you can modify the source to do what you need. You'd need to add a new option to the global options and the modify the draw function of the Chart.scale object. The hard part is going to be determining when you are drawing the horizontal line that represents 0 since it looks like this function works in pixels.

Please explain, how to change the x-axis and y-axis line thickness in chart.js, I think I am using the version 2.7.1 and I searched every where for this solution but I still cannot change the x, y axes border width.
It looks like only the chart data/series/line/bar border thickness are changeable.

I couldn't find this option in chartjs v3.9. Is there any alternative for it?
