Requirements
Rails 2.3.2
rubyist-aasm
bioruby
formtastic

Setup

Create your databases

OligoOrganizer_development; _test; _production

Copy database.yml.example to database.yml
Enter your MySQL user credentials

Copy passwords_config.yml.example to passwords_config.yml

Run this Ruby code from the Restful Authentication plugin in a new file separately to generate your site key.

#!/usr/bin/env ruby -wKU
require 'digest/sha1'
def secure_digest(*args)
  Digest::SHA1.hexdigest(args.flatten.join('--'))
end
def make_token
  secure_digest(Time.now, (1..10).map{ rand.to_s })
end
puts make_token

Copy token into the passwords.yml file
Change your username and passwords for the relevant rails environment
Take care to examine the yml file as hard tabs might be replace the soft tabs and thus violate the yml structure. Removing the hard tabs and replacing with soft tabs (2 spaces) should do it.

Run Rake db:migrate
