location streaming: hidden location message triggering notification

the special hidden messages that core sends to transmit location coordinates during location streaming trigger "incoming message" event! this creates this weird empty notifications in android for every hidden location message:

I added some logging and this is the properties of such a msgId that got received via "incoming message" event:

accId=1 chatId=485 msgId=232368 hasLocation=false type=0

these hidden messages shouldn't trigger "incoming message" event

I confirm the bug, but there's a question whether IncomingMsg should be suppressed for bots too. Probably they want to process the updated location

the problem is that hasLocation is false for the message (see the log line I shared), how would a bot get the location from such a message? a proper event would be more useful

I also think we better have no conditional logic for bot/non-bot and add proper events for bots using location streaming once bot developers ask for it, which will get more interesting once we have fixed location streaming for non-bot users and moved it out of "experimental".
