    Also start entity ids at 1 so we can tell the first id apart from "null
    id".

    This still allows for "environmental" damage (like if a level wanted to
    periodically drop bomns in for some good ol' fashioned chaos), while
    tracking damage from other avatars, not just any ol' entity.
