When running knife ssh check, it points to the wrong location.

By default, the certificate is stored in the following location on the host
where your chef-server runs:

  /var/opt/chef-server/nginx/ca/SERVER_HOSTNAME.crt

The filesystem location on Chef Server 12 is in /var/opt/opscode/nginx/ca:

ubuntu@ip-172-31-8-24:~$ ls /var/opt/chef-server/nginx/ca
ls: cannot access /var/opt/chef-server/nginx/ca: No such file or directory
ubuntu@ip-172-31-8-24:~$ sudo ls -1 /var/opt/opscode/nginx/ca
ip-172-31-8-24.us-west-2.compute.internal.crt
ip-172-31-8-24.us-west-2.compute.internal.key
ip-172-31-8-24.us-west-2.compute.internal-ssl.conf
