knife upload does not print a warning when nothing was uploaded.

ChefDK Version

Chef Workstation: 0.2.43

Platform Version

4.19.13-1-MANJARO Linux

Replication Case

Run knife upload myCookbook. Everything looks fine although the user probably did something wrong.

[chef-repo]$ knife upload myCookbook
Using deployment: testdeployment01

@jbaumcloud I'm going to move this issue to the chef repo itself since that's where knife upload comes from.
