What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile current source from Github.
2. Launch "admin-cherokee-launcher"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Checking TCP port 9090 availability.. OK

This happens to me when no GUI is installed. The launcher wants to start a browser.
