Changed the documentation to point to Github, as it appears the old SVN source repo is no more.

I think it's already done in Dev branch because I did those patches like half year ago there: https://github.com/pigmej/webserver/commits/master ;-)

Fair enough. Why hasn't that been pushed to the website, since the SVN repo isn't accessible anymore?

Becasue it's different branch, but agree the info on the website SHOULD be actualized @alobbs @skarcha (I thought it was actualized...)

The patches are not complete, you still miss the submodule init & update. I'm going to merge your suggestion, and add it :-)
