While reviewing #931, and a request in gitter, we get reports that CherryPy is returning HTTPError 400 'Illegal cookie naem x-ms-cpim-trans'. But that cookie name loads fine.
CherryPy shouldn't be masking the error message of the cookie processing, but should include it in the error message.
