What is the status of StaticBitsets?

I happen to need an isbits bitset. I thought about starting up developing one starting up with your code from https://github.com/chethega/StaticArrays.jl/ , I also noticed you've mentioned an intention to develop a stand-alone package in JuliaArrays/StaticArrays.jl#647.

What is the currently most-recent version of your effort in developing the Static versionof Bitsets?

Is there an important technical reason you ceased the development (or was it just lack of time/motivation)?
