Libraries that support Arduino.h need to have ARDUINO defined #139

In Arduino 1.0 Wprogram.h was replaces by Arduino.h. The following code checks for it:

#if (ARDUINO >= 100)
#include <Arduino.h>
#else
#include <WProgram.h>
#endif

ARDUINO is not defined

This needs to be addressed in the CORE files as well

I have updated the CORE files to have the above code, still need the libraries
