Ctrl+Shift+M add characters to edit window #520

When issuing the keystroke Ctrl+Shift+M to open a terminal window in MPIDE a character (looks like hitting the enter key on your keyboard) is inserted into the editor.

I verified that this feature exists in these all of these versions of MPIDE:

20130705
20140316
20140821

This looks like it has been resolved upstream here:

arduino/Arduino#876
