Make -fno-short-double the default when building from mpide #66

Request to add -fno-short-double to the compiler command line in platforms.txt and boards.txt for the Uno. Eventually we can make the change in the compiler so that -fno-short-double is the default and won't need to be specified on the command line, but modifying platforms.txt will be lower risk for now.

Don't make the change official until we have had a chance to test the math libraries and printf() with long doubles.

I haven't tested this yet. It's probably safer to skip the August build.
