    With the switch to argparse a number of small issues were seen in the
    exported PDF.  This script cleans up some of the formatting issues by
    moving the options output to a preformatted/code section.

  3. STIBP may not be enabled by default by the OS.

    The OS may choose to only enable STIBP in specific situations to
    reduce the performance impact. An OS may also choosed to only
    enable STIBP for specific processes or by using an opt-in setting.
    It should not be assumed that STIBP will be enabled on all logical
    processors.

    When argparse was added to chipsec_main it no longer requires -a arguements to be separated with a comma.
    Adding fix into chipsec main to handle cases when comma separated values are given
    @todo with different request:
    Update any test docs to remove the comma within arguements for the modules

    If a register was not in the register dictionary and had the undef
    attribute it would be accidentally added.  This fixes the issue.

    - Found that native linux helper needs to first map io memory before reading it
      - changed hal and helper functionality to allow base address and offset to be passed
      to the function allowing the call to native_map_io_space to be used without guessing the base address
      - discovered a bug within hal list_MMIO_BARs that failed if a MMIOBAR was unreadable added a try except to fix
