Would it be possible to have the option of adding no follow for all output anchor tags?

If this is relatively trivial to add, it would be nice.

Otherwise, it's not that important and I could just hack it directly onto the links.

The problem is, @rel=nofollow might not be suitable for some links, and there's no way to tell really, unless marked only adds rel=nofollow for links that contain a full URL. Right now, I prefer that an option have a really good reason to justify its existence.

Would be nice to have an option for switching it on or off...
