Nosync is a library allowing you to selectively dismiss
sync/fsync/fdatasync calls from some process, in order to reduce battery
consumption.

You activate it by creating the file "/var/run/nosync". It reads its
configuration from "/etc/nosync.conf". The idea of nosync was taken from
