Including post authors & other metadata in Project

Whenever I output a Project (in any format), only the post text and post title is included. I'd like the option of including post metadata as well -- especially author, but also date, and maybe even categories and tags.

I also look for the function to include the authors name of post, it's publish date, tags and categories.
I had already a look in the code but I couldn't identy the position where this has to be appended.

I still want this. :) Anthologize project exports only include the title and post content of each blog post; it'd be really useful for the Proceedings of THATCamp (and other projects) if exports could include individual blog post metadata such as author, publish date, tags and categories, and permalink.
