  1. Add custom validation for values

    bruth committed Apr 24, 2014
This extends the functionality in Serrano 2.3.4+ for handling validating
against labels. In this case, the vocab model search fields are used.

  3. Fix issue on ItemsResource.get_base_values

    bruth committed Apr 22, 2014
This removes the filter on the parent field given `item_pk`. This
restricted the downstream `get_search_values` to searching only one
    level of the hierarchy.

The filter has been moved to `get_all_values` since the default
behavior is the return the values at the specified level.

  1. Remove deprecated viewset module

    bruth committed Sep 3, 2013
This was used in Avocado 1.x and has been removed in 2.x
  2. Refactor vocab resources to conform with Serrano's API

    bruth committed Sep 3, 2013
The ItemsResource is intended to replace the Serrano's FieldValuesResource
for vocab fields. The ItemResource exposes individual items
with links and other description data.

The separate search endpoint has been removed and is now implemented as
a GET parameter on the ItemsResource.

The arbitrary `max_results` has been removed now that the data is paginated
    using Serrano's facilities.

  1. Simplify ItemThroughManager manager methods

    bruth committed Aug 25, 2013
Previously, the `exclude_*` methods did not handle the actual
negation of the matched records. As a result, this was left up to the
client to handle which is clearly a broken implementation. This has
been fixed and propagated through out the tests and translator. This
is technically a breaking change, but the methods have not been
considered public API so it is unlikely client applications will be
    affected.
  2. Remove legacy code and files, update LICENSE

    bruth committed Aug 25, 2013
These files are not longer necessary after the client was moved to
    a separate repository.
  3. Abstract out SQL templates

    bruth committed Aug 25, 2013
All string formatting has been converted to the built-in 'advanced'
    formatting present in 2.6+.

The true/false values have been removed from the case statement
construction since the values were constant across operators.
  4. Add implementation section to README

    bruth committed Aug 22, 2013
This describes what is going on under the hood with an example query
    generated using the API.

  1. Refactor to use the AbstractIndex table

    bruth committed Mar 12, 2012
This reduces the excessive queries before when finding descendants
and prevents loading all the data into memory.
Add a few more docs, but more are needed.
