The Youtube plugin sees 3D and 2D formats with the same number of lines as equivalent, and the last one wins. However, my eyes don't consider a side-by-side 3D stream to be equivalent to the 2D version, and there is no option to force the correct stream.

Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pK2zYHWDZKo plays the 3D version at both 720p and 360p, for me.

Suggestion: Detect 3D streams (stereo3d=1 in the streammap) and include this in the quality selector (e.g. 720p3d), or drop them entirely.
