A toolkit for XML digital signature creation and verification

Add support for X509 verify using an external certificate.

This allows verifying signed documents where the certificate
value is not included.

XML::Sig -- a module for creating and verifying XML Digital Signatures

To install this module, please run:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install
