[Request] Filter URL referers (less tracking = more privacy)

This is something AdBlock Plus always refused to do and then they even allowed ads.

A) For services websites like search engines and social sites (Google, facebook, etc)
1. Search -> https://encrypted.google.com/search?safe=off&q=ublock
2. URL with referer -> https://encrypted.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCwQFjAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fgorhill%2FuBlock&ei=7TsEVbujBNHmaJyxgIgL&usg=AFQjCNFzI7OLEgtF7ZGoaPIBo9rxbS0bRw&bvm=bv.88198703,d.d2s
3. Final URL without referer -> https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock

B) For webs that get a % of what you buy from shops (Amazon, ebay, etc)
1. Amazon uses referername-20 and referername-21 in the URL
2. URL with referer -> http://www.amazon.de/Logitech-Bluetooth-Scroll-Rad-PC-Maus-Notebook-Maus/dp/B00HR34WMK?SubscriptionId=AKIAJ7T5BOVUVRD2EFYQ&tag=referername-21&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B00HR34WMK

This is best left to a specialized extension to handle this. There are already existing extensions which addresses this.

I think you could code the option and let others create and update a filter list.

If you close the issue too soon, nobody will discuss it. Only 12 minutes?...

It's a completely separate feature than the primary purpose of uBlock. This doesn't fit at all with dynamic filtering, neither static filtering, neither cosmetic filtering.

It's a completely different task, which would require it's own UI, it's own network request handler, it's own external resource management, its own documentation, and it's own issues/bugs to be resolved with volunteered time.

Best left to another project where the focus can be put on developing the idea to its full extent. I just do not see it fit naturally in this project.
