Possibility to give feedback to list creators

There's one big feature uBlock is lacking compared to ABP: A built-in possibility to easily inform list creators about issues (false positives or unblocked content).

Without this community aspect of list creation, blocking efficiency would probably be much worse.

Therefore uBlock should offer such a possibility, too. It might be worth to evaluate if ABP's infrastructure could be used by uBlock, too.
