UI Suggestion - Dynamic filtering pane: move coloured indicator to the right of the domain name

How it would look like:

Moving the indicator to the right of the domain name would improve usability/readability in so far as your eyes wouldn't have to track across half the pane from the indicator over the domain name to the buttons.
Having the indicator near where your mouse will be anyway would be an improvement.

Also, when chrome://flags/#overlay-scrollbars is enabled (see screenshot), the scrollbar overlays the indicator on the left.
