The problem has been resolved in gorhill/uBlock#152. The issue is with 3rd-party RUS: BitBlock List, which was enabled in uBlock.

Opening this page in Firefox 37.0.2 with uBlock 0.9.3.5 results in garbled text. The page is displayed correctly with uBlock disabled and in Chrome with uBlock Origin.
