I'm not sure if I understand the Network request log fully but are there supposed to be duplicate items?
If something's blocked how can it be blocked again? Or do they appear once for every time they appear on the site? If that's the case maybe they could be grouped together so it's easier to see at a glance if there are 10 things blocked or 5 things blocked twice.
