Fuzzy Icon on a HiDPI browser #208

Hi, using Opera on a retina Macbook (aka HiDPI display), I notice on first start the default grey icon uses a good crisp resolution (I imagine the 38px version scaled to fit, as per the manifest.json), also this icon is fine on an internal page / speed dial page, but when the extension changes the icon to red / grey on loading a web page, the icon then changes to a low resolution version:

This affects other extensions, not sure if this is a browser problem or extension not using a 2x image when it changes its icon, though extensions like pocket seem to change the icon and not use wrong resolution icons OK...
