Element Picker - elements don't appear due to z-index

If a site defines a z-index for textarea (as an example), it will cover up the buttons.

Edit: Ok, I see what you mean, I need to prevent the dialog from inheriting the z-index set by the page. I would just like a URL where I can test the fix.
