Test case:

  1. http://raymondhill.net/httpsb/httpsb-test-js-1.html
  2. Disable 3rd-party iframe using dynamic filtering
  3. Refresh page: 3rd-party frame disappears
  4. Enable 3rd-party iframe using dynamic filtering
  5. Refresh page: 3rd-party frame is still hidden

This is related to the caching of cosmetic filters created on the fly from net requests which are blocked.
