An option for a full-height popup in the advanced mode in case the resource minipanel is expanded would be very helpful for those who constantly use the advanced mode, because scrolling the minipanel is *really* cumbersome as it prevents users from instantly seeing the resource to unblock. As for the case when the resource minipanel was hidden in the advanced mode, it'd be reasonable to resize the popup after + is clicked and shrink it back after –. The maximum height could be limited by a customizable percentage of the browser window height or by a number of pixels.
The code has a comment explaining why the height is limited and I certainly agree, this is a sensible choice for the default non-advanced mode:
// I do not want the left pane -- optional and hidden by defaut -- to// dictate the height of the popup. The right pane dictates the height// of the popup, and the left pane will have a scrollbar if ever its// height is larger than what is available.
