Block ads on a youtube channel

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for your hard work and efforts to create a better adblocker.
I'd like to have an option to disable uBlock only on a youtuber's channel (like Adblock did). In that way I could support channels I like without seeing every ads on youtube.

Yeah, that's a bad pull request anyway,^[1] @mirkr would needs to rebase first.

_{[1] assuming the request is accepted in the first place -- personally I would not support specifically Youtube -- why should Youtube have specific whitelist support, that makes uBlock look compromised by one vendor.}
