New URL for Japanese filter

The filter file at the old URL (http://adblock-plus-japanese-filter.googlecode.com/hg/abp_jp.txt) is not being updated since May 2014 and has been redirected to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/k2jp/abp-japanese-filters/master/abp_jp.txt.

Ok I put back the obsolete list in the JSON file, looks like my code is not doing what I expected it to do. Hopefully nobody was affected for the few minutes the entry was removed. I will investigate to try to find out why the redirect is not working.
