  1. Don't assume vanilla Vim is being used

Recover.vim doesn't work at all in Neovim for obvious reasons.

cvim: quote the swap file name (fixes #33)

Now cvim handles correctly files with spaces as well as non-ASCII
    characters (tested only on Linux).

cvim: do not handle .swf as swap files

cvim used to handle .swf files as vim swap files and tried to recover from that.
This code handles this. If someone has vim swap files up to .swf then he is totally busted and cvim does not help much here.

  4. `make` only builds; let user decide to un/install

This patch changes make's default target so that running `make` only
builds the vimball: let the _user_ decide whether to un/install it!

  5. don't load user's vimrc when building vimball file

This patch prevents the user's vimrc (which may be arbitrarily complex)
from being loaded into Vim when Vim is called to build the vimball file.
