test binaries

This is the build of discrivener @ 021fdb1 for the following targets:

• x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu -- aka 64-bit x86 linux (kernel 3.2+, glibc 2.17+)
• x86_64-apple-darwin -- 64-bit Intel macOS (10.7+, Lion+)

In either case, download espeak-ng-data.tar.gz and extract it under /usr/local/share.
