Creating a local vagrant box

• cd into birdwatcher
• run vagrant up local

Creating an AWS instance

• Install the plugin

    vagrant plugin install vagrant-aws
  

• Make a copy of aws.yaml_sample as aws.yaml

• Start the instance

    vagrant up aws --provider=aws
