How It Works
-----------------
Listens to the real-time Twitter stream for any Instagram links.
Parses out the Media ID, and sends a request to Instagram for the
photo and related information.

This is purely experimental. Obviously, polling Instagram on every
request is extremely inefficient. Instagram has a real-time API, but
subscribing to many geographies can be cumbersome since it only allows
up to a 5000 meter radius.

Node Dependencies
-----------------
express
socket.io
twitter-node

Getting Started
---------------
1. Register your Instagram app to obtain your API keys - http://instagram.com/developer/
2. Open app.js and modify the following variables
	- INSTAGRAM_CLIENT
	- INSTAGRAM_SECRET
	- TWITTER_USERNAME
	- TWITTER_PASSWORD
3. Run 'node app.js' and open your browser to 127.0.0.1:3000
