Assistly.create_customer_phone and Assistly.update_customer_phone work pretty much exactly the same way as their email counterparts but for phone numbers.

As these work pretty much the same, I created a generic function a while ago. I expected that it would support twitter usernames as well, that's why the documentation in the code is not entirely correct yet. Anyway, if it's not supported we might as well go with the more readable version in the pull request..

customers/twitter/[action] doesn't currently exist in the v1 API and, as they're currently working on a v2 API, I doubt they plan on ever adding it to v1. I'd also assume, with the acquisition from Salesforce, that we can expect the v2 API to not be compatible with much of the existing code so quite a bit of refactoring will need to occur anyways.
