Simple tool to start vcxsrv (x11/win) and alacritty (terminal).
Won't try to start vcxsrv if it's already running.
I previously used a vbscript to start it and didn't want to learn vbscript enough to prevent vcxsrv from trying to run again...so I just wrote this crap.
