A.L.I.C.E beta v2 (Current)

This is the current development of project ALICE, the bot to beat the turing test. This version uses the Bot UI Framework to better handle conversations between ALICE and the human. A lot more still has to be done but this is the initial commit to the now open-source project. Stay tuned for more info, and check the demo here: http://chukwumaokere.com/alicebetav2/
