Describe the bug
Accuracy Penalty for Raptor Feet is not removed when adding Digigrade Legs cyberware to cyberlegs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a character with a pair of cyberlegs with a Physical Limit above 1
  2. Add the Raptor Feet cyberware to each leg
  3. Check the Accuracy of the Raptor Feet
  4. Add the Digigrade Legs cyberware to each leg
  5. Check the Accuracy of the Raptor Feet
  6. See error

Expected behavior
Accuracy of Raptor Feet should be set to Physical Limit instead of Physical Limit -1 when Digigrade Legs are added (Chrome Flesh p.88).
