Unzip near to your Forge.exe file. If you don't have Forge yet, Forge Launcher will ask for a new installation.
Latest version of Forge Launcher. everything related to extracting decks and extra stuff has been discarded for good, and it is part of another project on my github. Now Forge Launcher only has functionalities related to launching, maintaining and updating Forge. Also the auto-update function of Forge Laucher.exe has been removed.
