Especially from Korean to English. I compared it to Google translate and it's not very accurate. I don't think it's priority but is there a reason Google translate isn't being used?

Twitter/TweetDeck have always used Bing, guess it's cheaper than Google Translate.

Apparently mobile twitter uses Google Translate, I hope they roll it out to the other services at some point.

Twitter's help page mentions Google Translate and not Bing, I don't know if they're planning ahead or if they used Google many years ago and forgot to update the help page... either way this is in full control of Twitter.
