Is it possible to export collections? I tried using the collection url generated from 'share' on the old account to the new account but no luck.

I have no idea. I can barely even find how to even access my collections on twitter.com, so if they're hiding it so well I doubt it could do something as advanced as exporting to another account...

I guess you could re-create the collection on a new account. From looking into this, TweetDeck allows adding up to 100 tweets at once, if you have all the URLs you can separate them by a comma and put into 'Enter Tweet URL'.

I don't know how to get all the URLs just from the UI, there is an API to get up to 200 tweets per call w/ collections-entries. How many tweets does the collection have? If 200 or less, I can write something you can just put into the browser console (if you have dev tools installed in TweetDuck); if more than 200, it'd be a little more involved but doable.
