  1. Merge branch 'master' of git://github.com/danhodos/redmine_burndown

Trying to pull in changes that were made to localise the burndown chart more effectively,
but I couldn't get Git to work as expected. A Little confused over locale and redmine plugins, but
I think its all good, you need both lang + locales to support different branches of redmine ..maybe :)

    Conflicts:
    	lang/en.yml
    	locales/en.yml

When planning sprints in advance this is the most natural 'current version', but obviously
this breaks down when planning con-current sprints/versions

  1. Adding in weekend-pauses into the burndown. I suspect there are some …

…edge cases when starting or ending on weekends, and when maxima occur during weekends, but I think it will do for now

  1. The burndown line now 'resets' its gradient if un-expected peaks of work

are introduced after the sprint has commenced.

The line will either start at, or cross the maximum hours in a given sprint.

…ew version of flot seems to treat the literal string as a literal string (which seems reasonable ;) ) Not sure quite how to convince .to_json to produce object literals with function references in them rather than a true json string, hmmm

  1. Modified the burndown generation algorithm to do more caching. There …

…is still quite a bit more

that could be improved, but its a start.
Takes it down from 75 seconds to 6 seconds for rendering one of my sprints (only 85 issues in it!!)

I'm also not convinced the previous code is rendering the right graph, but this checking is equivalent to the
    previous code (I believe!)

  1. Re-factored code to be a little neater, introduced a helper.

Still more that could be done to tidy it up, not happy with doing the
data mapping in the javascript, still easily fixed eh :)

  2. Prevent a nil exception when a Version doesn't have an effective_date

Version#effective_date is an optional attribute so it needs to be checked for
