with cmake 3.9.1

$ cmake .. -DCINDER_BOOST_USE_SYSTEM=1 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
using freetype copy that ships with cinder
--   using MPG123 headers at: /usr/include
-- using SNDFILE headers at: /usr/include
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-base-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-app-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-audio-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-fft-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-gl-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-mpegts-1.0>=1.4.0'
--   Found gstreamer-mpegts-1.0, version 1.12.2
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-pbutils-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-tag-1.0 >= '
--
-- Checking for module 'gstreamer-video-1.0 >= '
--

Forcing this line to run by commenting out the if/else in FindGStreamer.cmake seems to solve this, but I'm not sure if this is a proper solution.

Haven't tried Fedora but this PR was supposed to address this issue there. Would be interesting to know what the difference is..

I tried this with an older Cinder version, the PR above solved it. Thanks @PetrosKataras.
