  1. add pre-generated elisp files.

lunar-ko-cache.el and lunar-ko-mdays.el are required for
cal-korea-x.el It's possible to generate these files using rake(1),
but it will require to build the Korean date database using ko-dump.rb
    and it may take time.

Thus, for the convenience, these two files are registered in the
    repositry.

  2. add Korean holidays

    - provide `cal-korea-x-korean-holidays' for the holiday list
    - provide `holiday-lunar-ko' to specify the Korean lunar holidays

  3. remove (MONTH DAY YEAR LEAP) representation.

As the previous LDATESPEC, which is in (MONTH DAY YEAR LEAP) form
is not used in the implementation, I decided to remove it.

The only benefit of this form was, it looked similar to the DATE
representation in the calendar, in (MONTH DAY YEAR).

  1. move cal-korea.x.el to cal-korea-x.el

Ooops, the filename should be cal-korea-x.el. See the parent's log for more

  2. move lunar-ko.el to cal-korea.x.el

Since the Chinese localized calendar support is from cal-china-x.el,
and my implementation is from that file, I want to change my front-end
    file as cal-korea-x.el. See also
