When we're all set, we need to modify the CNAME settings here in the repo and ask Dan Stillman to change them on the domain hosting side.

Also, if we're no longer hosted on the CHNM WordPress servers, we might want to get the http://citationstyles.org/ domain transferred to our control (or to SFC). cc @adam3smith

Looks like nowadays we just set the custom domain in the GitHub repo settings (https://github.com/citation-style-language/citation-style-language.github.io/settings, probably just to "citationstyles.org", instead of messing with a CNAME file): https://help.github.com/articles/adding-or-removing-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site/
