    Formatting tweaks for the-open-university-harvard (#2070)

    Small details that were not exactly as defined in the OU Harvard guide to citing references:
    - [online] is capitalized in the guide
    - "Available from:" is "Available at:" in the guide
    - Missing full stop after access info
    - The sample reference list in the guide has no hanging indent
    - Remove unnecessary hang-indent attribute in bibliography
    - Add translator info with macro and bibliography element
    Adapt to the OU Harvard guide, with 'vol.' and 'no.' labels. Example from the guide:
    Jones, H. M., McKay, J., Alvarado, F., Plath, E., Jordan, A., Porter, M., Allsop, S. (2005) ‘The attractions of stupidity’, The St. Croix e-Review, vol. 30, no. 2, pp. 6–10 [Online]. Available at (Accessed 28 October 2010).

    Spell out "editor(s)" and add comma between and (#2050)

    * Spell out "editor(s)" and add comma between and
    Following example of pg. 20 in the section `Documents having compilers/editors` of Fixes the abbreviation `eds.` to the correct `editors` and adds a comma between the initials of the first editor and the word "and".
    * Addressing note suggestions by @rmzelle
    Fixes incorrect name `initialize-with` of `.,` and removed verbose use of `label form="long"`
    * Add space for editor
    I apologize. I did test it in my zotero script editor, but i guess I missed the space with my changes in github. I will copy and paste the github scripts into a preview tool in the future.

    Significant update of De Buck (#2046)

    * Significant update of De Buck
    My previous version of De Buck stylesheet still contained numerous mistakes. I have created a complete new update, which solves all issues known to me at the moment:
    - Extended the application of the stylesheet to all possible file types
    - Solved the issue that non-dropping particles were not capitalised in short-name format or first name in bibliography (G. de Koning > De Koning or De Koning, G.)
    - Now able to refer to folio nrs. in books etc.
    - Solved incorrect order of volume-nr. and series-nr.
    - Added a book-author in book chapters etc.
    - Added option for personal communication
    - Added "recipient" and "interviewer" to relevant file types
    - Added URL's to manuscripts
    - Removed label "p." for page, which was always added to manuscripts.
    - Solved issues with incorrect delimiters in both citation and bibliography
    - Solved issue with translators
    - Solved some issues with websites, presentations, theses, and other less common file types.
    - Added the option of using date ranges (etc.) for publication dates, which are very common when working with Medieval/Early Modern material for instance, by including this information in the Zotero field "Extra" (note)
    - Further minor changes
    * Reformatted
    * Some improvements
    - Removed conflicting prefix/suffix/delimiters (causing double spaces)
    - Fixed an issue with double editor's names
    - Fixed a wrong delimiter with collection-titles
    - Fixed terms of (multiple) editors/translators
    - Improved order and location of authors, translators, and editors in different document types
    * Fixed issues
    Deleted xml-comment; fixed label of translator

    style for the "Journal fuer Kunstgeschichte" (#2043)

    This is a style for the "Journal fuer Kunstgeschichte" / "Journal of Art History". I have written this style a few months ago and you requested me to share it. Here is the referring discussion in the Zotero forum:
    Unfortunately there is no online documentation for this style. I have used my own copies in order to create it. Note that the field "short title" must be edited according to the instructions in "summary" if you want it to work properly. (...)
    Editing the short title manually is necessary because Zotero cannot produce short titles like "London 2016" or "Los Angeles 2003" automatically, but that is exactly how short titles of exhibition catalogues should look like in art historical papers. The short titles are also needed in the bibliography, which may look like this e. g. :
